Big Boulder Ranch is home to the family of Jay & Kay Clark, Colby & Cody Grines, TJ Clark & Amy Landus; as well a fine crew of cowboys that work at the ranch in Ralston Wyoming. Ralston is located just outside Cody Wyoming in the Yellowstone National Park Region of NW Wyoming. We have been making a way of life here for more than thirty years and now starting our third generation of young cowboys & cowgirls.
The Clark Managment Company has conducted the Cody Wild West Days Annual Horse Auction at the Irma Hotel in downtown Cody Wyoming for over twelve years and is bonded through the US Department of Agriculture & authorized by Wyoming Livestock Board. Jake has become a pedigree man with an eye for confirmation and knowledge of a select animals ability to perform specific disciplines.
Our ranch faciltates the Annual Father's Day five day Mule Days weekend and serves as base camp to Wyoming Wilderness Outfitters since 1978. Nightly our ranch hands work at the Cody Nite Rodeo from June until September every year. They are out riders to the Cody Stampede's Fourth of July weekend & parade in downtown Cody providing protection for animals and the public at large. Our cowboys and cowgirls are busy year run, we are always on the go and doing what we love in this place we call home.
Jake Clark's repetition is well respected throughout the continental US & Canada as a fine horseman and pedigree man able to judge select stock whether mule or horse our business is selecting pedigree; whether in the arena or on the mountain trail. The Corrals at Big Boulder Ranch are consistently rustling with cow hands working the mounts for soundness in, work, performance or rodeo events.
